Founder and CEO
Drew Matilsky is a serial entrepreneur committed to catalyzing his extraordinary ability to execute strategy to bring novel companies, products, and brands into successful fruition. He is the CEO and Founder of Good Soul Brands, a consumer services company that leverages a combined 40+ years of experience in ideation, manufacturing, branding, marketing, and sales to bring fun and function into consumer’s lives. Whether it means starting a business, selling a business, or taking an existing business in a new direction, Drew is an award-winning brand strategist, marketer, and product designer who builds evergreen brands and gets product into consumer’s hands. In addition to his leadership with Good Soul Brands, Drew is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Uglydoll LLC, the Executive Producer of UglyDolls (The Movie), and CEO and Founder of Drew’s Entertainment, a company that owns, licenses, and produces party music compilations from its catalogue of over 200,000 master song recordings.

Director of Operations
Mel has nearly two decades of experience in the world of operations. She is excited to help Good Soul Brands reach their full potential by using her expertise with instilling operational excellence into high performing teams. Most recently, she served as the Associate Director of Operations at a boutique consulting firm, creating new operational workflows and standard operating procedures that lead a team of 40+ staff members to achieve a high standard of operational efficiency.

Thomas
Crowley
Thomas Crowley joins Good Soul Brands as the Director of Finance, bringing over 15 years of accounting experience and business operations as a former Senior Accountant and Manager of Business Operations. He is a financial management professional with a solid background in accounting, including cash management, budgeting, payroll and employee benefit administration. Crowley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kean University.
Frank Beshert
Director of Marketing
Frank Beshert is a passionate marketing and branding expert who has worked with some of the most disruptive brands in the consumer services industry. Specializing in branding and creative strategy, Frank joins Good Soul brands intent on fusing entrepreneurial genius with strong marketing directives. Frank graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Stefani
Schwartz
General Counsel
Stefani Schwartz has devoted her legal career to representing employers in all aspects of employment law. She is a leading practitioner in the field whose advice is often sought after. Stefani has represented hundreds of clients in state and federal court proceedings, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (“DCR”). Stefani was featured and honored in 2012 by NJBIZ as one of the “Best Fifty Women in Business." Beginning in 2012 she was named to the New Jersey “Rising Star” list then ultimately, since that time to the present, she has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list in the area of Labor and Employment Law. Furthermore, in 2015 she was named to the New Jersey Top 50 Women Lawyers by the “Super Lawyers” publication.
DANIELLE MCCOLGAN
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Danielle McColgan is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder at Good Soul Brands. In addition to her work with Good Soul Brands, she is a Programs Associate at a social startup that cultivates the entrepreneurial genius of Black and Latinx women startup founders. She is also a Senior Former Admissions Counselor at a college application consultancy called InGenius Prep, advising college-bound high school students from around the world. Danielle has served as a U.S. Fulbright Fellow at Quảng Nam University in Tam Ky, Vietnam, an Education Pioneers Fellow at Opportunity Labs, and as an Admissions Officer at New York University. She is a proud graduate of Smith College, where she earned a B.A. in Modern Latin American History.
